Construction and sales have commenced for the commercial and retail parcels within the Whiskey Springs project. Work on the 18-hole championship golf course is also progressing, with an expected completion and opening for play in 2026. The development will feature a luxury hotel and conference center, along with additional hospitality options. The first phases of the Whiskey Springs residential offerings, which include a variety of lot sizes, are scheduled to be market-ready by early-2026.
